Time Sensitive Request! Your vote for Project Brain Child is needed AGAIN!

September 10th, 2008

PLGA Families, Friends and Colleagues:

A HUGE thanks to the thousands of families who responded to our initial call to action AND voted for Project Brain Child. Your hard work has paid off and Project Brain Child was selected by American Express (from over 1190 other projects) as one of the top 25 projects, which COULD receive funding (up to $1.5 million) through American Express's Members Project program.

BUT....the battle is NOT over yet... We need you to vote again. NOW, Project Brain Child must be in the top 5 most popular projects. (Even if you didn’t vote last time…PLEASE vote NOW!!!)

YOUR vote can help accelerate the pace of critical research for treating children with brain cancer.

As soon as possible, (no later than September 28th), PLEASE VOTE for Project Brain Child

1. Go to http://www.membersproject.com
2. Click on “log in” to access your American Express Account (non members, see * below)
3. Click on “View Complete List”
4. Scroll down to Project Brain Child
5. Click on the ‘vote’ star

PLAY IT FORWARD…The power of YOUR vote is exponential if you SPREAD THE WORD! Send this email to your contact list, friends, family, colleagues, or any group where you might find votes for PROJECT BRAIN CHILD! OR post this email with your own personal appeal on your Facebook, My Space, Carepages, Caring Bridge page, You Tube, LinkedIn network, etc. and ask everyone to do the same.

If your life has been touched by cancer of any kind, you understand the huge potential that this project holds for ALL of our children.

MORE VOTES INCREASE OUR CHANCES OF FUNDING. YOUR VOTE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!

*No Amex Card? Your help is still valuable by PLAYING IT FORWARD: Help us SPREAD THE WORD and get your friends, family, colleagues to vote.

Amy Weinstein,

Executive Director
